A Gypsying We Will Go!

Today I am beginning a new necklace collection.  I will be doing a lot of hand wire wrapping of vintage beads and found objects.  I want to focus on creating one of a kind pieces as I had originally set out to do when we began designing jewelry. 

Over the weekend we visited several of our favorite vendors and met a new one, Kurt...with a K (which is how he introduced himself)  He not only had an awesome shop, but was a very down to earth kind of guy.  He had some really great items and I was shocked that I found so many things at one shop,very untapped treasures at his place.  Then off to see Sue at our other favorite shop. It was a fun day of Gypsying with my hubby. I can't wait to start putting things together.  Here is a pic of our finds from Kurt's... minus a frog earring which I have already started to work on! Wish I had done a before on him... but you will love him!  Okay enough rambling...

Hello again!

Hello all!  I am happy to report that after much rest and prayers, I have finally turned a corner with my health and although still not completely back to normal, I am feeling so much better.  I was finally able to get some new items completed.   I will be adding more photos all this upcoming week so I hope you will check back often for updates! Upcoming Events for Two Twisted Gypsies!

The St. Aloysius Second Annual Fall Craft Festival will be held from 12 noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday Nov. 4 at St. Aloysius School, West Fifth Street, in the school auditorium and cafeteria and will feature The Two Twisted Gypsies Handcrafted Re-purposed Jewelry Designs.  There will be an array of crafters and vendors offering candles, fall scents, purses, stained glass, jewelry, wooden crafts, sewn crafts, gourmet cupcakes, cake pops, candies, artisan breads, tantalizing Hungarian peppers, gorgeous custom hand painted gourds, and even items for your four legged friends. Lunch will be available and will include steak sandwiches, french fries, hot dogs, cole slaw, baked goods, desserts, pop and water, with a special ice cream treat available for sale from Sweet Scoops Ice Cream Shop. That's right! Our items are now available at Seasons of The Heart 2nd Generation in Calcutta, OH.
 Season's of The Heart is located at 49190 Calcutta Smithsferry Road East Liverpool, Ohio 43920 If you call 1~330~386~4904 they will help you with directions.  Right now they are open at 11am Monday - Saturday. Especially for the holidays, Seasons will feature our "Poor Man Pearls" collection.  Earrings, Bracelets, Necklaces all featuring our vintage pearl and shades of white button collection.  Season's is a family owned and operated business and features beautiful primitive, folk-arty, whimsical items all hand crafted by local crafters and artisans from the area.
